They’re all as clean as a whistle. It goes without saying that you can run them through any and all antivirus and anti-malware softwares you have if you’re still doubtful.

The code is generally not even modified as most plugins work fine out the box.

Except that in some cases we have to add some additional code to make the plugins work.

All WordPress products such as plugins and themes are licensed under the General Public Licence (GPL). This means that once we purchase the item, we can freely redistribute it. Your purchase on our site enables us to maintain subscriptions to 3rd party theme and plugin authors. This helps to keep our prices low.

No, we do not provide licences for support or automatic updates. You can download your updates from our update page here. Some themes and plugins are pre-activated if required for functionality.

If you find a plugin or theme that you really like, we encourage you to support the developer and buy it directly from them.

Technical support is not included. This means that if you install a plugin or theme and it doesn’t work in the way that you think it should, then you will need to either purchase the product directly from the author (a link is provided on each product page) or you will need to hire a freelancer to take a look for you. Alternatively, you could ask around some of the helpful WordPress community forums.

Not offering support is the way in which we are able to offer the products at the discounted price.

For single-time purchases, you are free to download them as many times as you want. For memberships, your downloads are limited to 20 products per day.

Since this service offers non-tangible and irrevocable goods, we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the website by agreeing to our terms and conditions. Ignore it. Developers include these so that the plugin or theme can update automatically or so that you can register for support. The item itself will work perfectly fine without anything being entered in the box.

For single purchases, you get regular updates forever. If you have a subscription, you will get all updates as long as your subscription is active.

We are sorry, but based on the nature of digital downloads we can’t offer refunds, hence you already downloaded the product. If there is something wrong with the plugin and you can’t install it, and we can’t locate the problem, you qualify for a refund according to our Refund Policy.
